This is the Pepbox designed by the originator Pepe Rush and built by his daughter Lucy , who is carrying on his amazing fuzz legacy

Pepe worked with Charlie Watkins at Wem and was responsible for this nasty gnarly fuzz box

We're very pleased that the family chose us to sell them .

The first batch went like hot cakes ( pardon the pun Crowther NZ) so be quick - this is a killer fuzz if you like it nasty and slightly unpredictable - garagey and wild .

Each pedal comes with a letter and signed certificate from Lucy


Just to be clear these are not Sola Sound products ( we don't copy people or use their trademarks :) ) This is a genuine pedal made by the family of the original designer.

We are so sorry to report that the a light went out in the fuzz World six months ago when we lost Pepe - he was a great designer and friend to Macaris and we're proud to be a part of his legacy .

His daughter Lucy intends to make more in the future so the real Pepbox can continue :) - you'll see them here at Macaris .
