2014 Rickenbacker 330 Lefty

hard to explain !

Ridiculously hard to find  .  . . in fact , virtually ,impossible

So – if you’re anything like us, you may have had a problem placing this guitar at first sight . . .. that doesn’t look like a regular Rikki to me!!!

Well a little bit of digging and all becomes clear

This guitar left the Rickenbacker factory in the last week of December 2014 as a left handed limited edition candy apple 330.

Our deductions have led us to believe that it then had an almost impossible to find left handed Bigsby tremolo professionally fitted.

The owner was obviously 60s obsessed because they then went to the trouble of getting toaster pickups fitted (the original Rikki high gain pickups are supplied as well), then became totally infatuated and had a vintage style electronics loom installed including pots with vintage tapers (again originals all supplied) then, topped the whole show off with not just vintage style knobs but a silver vintage case.

We make that over £ 1000 of extras have been added to this already superb instrument which is 10 years old but does not have one mark on it.

 Basically this must be one of the best cared for guitars that has ever existed – handled with care and spoiled rotten with fancy gifts all its whole life!

Finding Rickenbackers is hard enough, lefties even harder – a lefty like this – virtually impossible!
